Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mulya Store("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Mulya Store is an online marketplace that enables users to buy and sell new and pre-owned goods locally. We provide a platform for transactions between buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Listing & Selling

• You must accurately describe items you list for sale.
• You may not list prohibited, illegal, stolen, or counterfeit items.
• You are solely responsible for the items you sell and the transactions you enter into.
• Mulya Store reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.
• Featured listings and promotions are non-refundable once activated.

5. Buying

• Buyers are responsible for verifying the condition and authenticity of items before purchase.
• Mulya Store does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
• All transactions are between the buyer and the seller directly.

6. Stores & Verification

Users may apply to create a verified store on the Platform. Verification requires submission of valid business documents. Mulya Store reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke store verification at any time. Verified status does not constitute an endorsement by Mulya Store.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Manipulating reviews or ratings.
• Circumventing Platform fees or safety features.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Payments

Payments for promoted listings and digital products are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., eSewa). Mulya Store is not responsible for payment processing errors by third-party providers. All fees are in Nepali Rupees (NPR).

9. Limitation of Liability

Mulya Storeis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from transactions between users, unauthorized access to accounts, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
