• If something feels off, leave immediately. Trust your instincts.

• Always inspect the item in person before paying.
• Test electronics before purchase — check batteries, screens, ports.
• Compare the item to the listing photos.
• Ask for original receipts or proof of purchase if applicable.
• If the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.

• Never send money in advance before seeing the item or meeting the person.
• Be wary of sellers who refuse to meet in person.
• Don't share personal documents (citizenship, bank details) with other users.
• Watch out for pressure tactics — legitimate sellers don't rush you.
• Report suspicious listings or users immediately.

• Check if the provider has a verified badge — they've submitted identity documents.
• Read reviews and ratings from other customers.
• Agree on the scope of work and price before the job starts.
• Don't pay the full amount upfront — use milestones if possible.
• Keep a record of your agreement (screenshots, messages).
• For home visits, have someone else present.

• Use the platform's messaging when possible — avoid sharing your number until necessary.
• Don't share your home address until you trust the other party.
• Be cautious of links sent by other users — they could be phishing.
• Use a separate phone number for marketplace interactions if possible.

The following are not allowed on Mulya Store:

• Drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Stolen goods or items with removed serial numbers
• Counterfeit or pirated products
• Fake documents (IDs, passports, certificates)
• Illegal wildlife products or endangered species
• Hazardous materials or chemicals
• Adult/explicit content or services
• Pyramid schemes, MLMs, or get-rich-quick offers
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
• Any item or service prohibited by Nepal law

Listings violating these rules will be removed immediately and may result in account suspension.
